A man from Sudbury was arrested on Tuesday for alleged child sex crimes.
Steven Lipscomb was charged on Wednesday with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, as well as spreading obscene material to a minor.
According to Harvard Police, they obtained an arrest warrant for Lipscomb from Clinton District Court on Tuesday. With help from Sudbury Police, they were able to arrest him.
Chief James Babu praised the officers and detectives for their hard work over the past year, saying, “Our department is dedicated to protecting the most vulnerable in our community and ensuring those who commit crimes against children are brought to justice.”
