Chief celebrates retirement

After 20 years on the police force, Gary Hankins is retiring.

Hankins, a 20 year veteran of the police force said his actual retirement begins Dec. 15 of this year, however he is taking his accrued 42 weeks of vacation time until then.  Hankins said in retirement he hopes to trave, play golf, fish and hunt.
